Personal Finance Freeware----Using RQ Money

Actually I would like to continue discussing about cyber marketing, but when I opened my RQ money last night. Hmmm I would like to share it with "you", I guess it might be useful for you whose usually concern about their financial management. It's very simple software which only perform debit, credit and transfer transaction. It's different with the complex ones like MS Money or even Quicken. We can manage our cash, accounts, investments, expenditures and our financial flows with a very simple manner. Even if you haven't known about accounting software, it can be configure quickly. After installing, click "new" to make a new database, you may use password, just simple click on the password menu. Ones you have a new database, then you could make your account configure:

1. Code-Book of Accounts (Visa Icon)
Here you can manage your cash, account, investment and others. Click on the menu, clicks add or simple press "Ins" then fill the table:
Name --- Initial State --- Currency (For Indonesian users, just use any currency, because Rp hasn't been there :) ) --- Kind (cash, account, investment, other) --- Based day --- Note --- save (enter).

Use the same way for every account on cash, account, investment and others categories on the same menu (visa icon).

2. Code-Book of Subcategories (Car Icon)
Here you can manage your income and expenditure, incomes represent your salary or investment you've got for every month and expenditure represent every expense you've spent for every month too. Click on the menu, clicks add or simple press "Ins" then fill the table:
Category (income/expenditure * you may made your own) --- Subcategory (depend on our own need * just create it) --- Transaction (debit-expenditure/credit-income) --- order--- save (enter).

Use the same way for every subcategory you want on the same menu (car icon).

3. People (People Icon)
It shows how many people or who's making income or expenditure. Whenever you made transaction RQ money will ask you to fill the person, so you can track where your moneys go and who has spent it. Click on the menu, clicks add or simple press "Ins" then fill the table:
Name --- save (enter).
That's it, simple right?

Use the same way for every people you want to track your finance on the same menu (people icon).

4. Code-Book 0f Fixed Payments (Coin Icon)
Here you can manage every fixed payment you have to spend for every month, like rent, electricity, water, credit card etc. Match it with your own financial flows you need. Click on the menu, click add or simple press "Ins" then fill the table:
Day (date you've spent it) --- Description --- Amount --- Account (From which account you've paid it) --- Subcategory (On which category you've included it in) --- Person (Whose use it) --- save (enter)

Use the same way for every fixed payment you've spent on the same menu (coin icon).

5. Notes (Pencil Icon)
Simple add every note you need to remind you every transaction you need. Click on the menu, then write the note fill the month --- save (enter)

Don't worry if you made a mistake when you've entered your transaction, you could edit it whenever you want. After you finish configures your account then you could start using RQ money for your daily transaction. Simple click on the "record" then click add or press "Ins" then fill the table:
Date (F5 for calendar preview) --- Amount (F8 calculator) --- Transaction (Debit, Credit or Transfer) --- Account --- Category --- Person --- Description --- save (enter)
Used the same way for transaction you've added.

It's simple and easy. Ones you've finish every transaction you could see the report and summary, even it daily, monthly, or yearly. You could see the cart by transaction, category, person, or account. And even again you may see your daily and yearly assets. Its really help me to arrange every payment and income on my family. At least we could more wisely to use our money if we know exactly where we have used it. Ok, it's safe to try hehehehe
